Get the blockchain networks supported for depositing and withdrawing a crypto asset

Returns each network's operational status, fees and deposit/withdrawal limits. All amounts are denominated in the crypto asset itself; a null value means not configured and a limit of 0 means no limit. Provide either asset_id or symbol.
